Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
